Send your first SMS

Create an API key in the dashboard (Client ID and Secret) and call the endpoint. Numbers in international format; the default sender is TopSMS until your own Sender ID is approved.

FAQ

How much does an SMS to the Czech Republic cost?

From 0.88 CZK (≈ €0.036) to 0.98 CZK (≈ €0.040) per SMS segment excluding VAT, depending on your monthly volume. There is no monthly fee and credit never expires.

Can I use my company name as the sender?

Yes. A custom alphanumeric Sender ID (up to 11 characters) is approved with all three Czech operators. The fee is 500 CZK one-off, refunded if operators reject it. Approval usually takes 1–2 weeks.

Do you support Slovak numbers?

Yes, Slovak (+421) numbers are priced the same as Czech ones.

Can a foreign company use TopSMS?

Yes. You can pay by card; EU companies with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Support is available in English at info@topsms.cz.

Is there an API?

Yes, a REST API with OpenAPI specification, bulk and async sending, delivery status endpoint and webhooks. See https://www.topsms.cz/api-integrace/rest-api.
